Support Simplified is priced based on hosting resource consumption. There is only ONE edition with all the features. There is NO RESTRICTION on the number of AGENTS.
Truly Simplified, isn't it? Compared to other solutions which start at $9/agent/month and bucket you in a 'Standard' edition which does not have full functionality. Support Simplified assures you full features (current as well as in future) without requiring you to increase your spending.
Billing Cycle
We follow a WEEKLY billing cycle. The cycle starts from the Week Day of Signup. A bill is generated weekly, at the end of 7 days from the day of Signup. Use the calculator below to estimate your weekly outflow. NOTE: Storage is charged in multiples of Giga Bytes rounded up to the nearest whole number.
